Spinning Grade Cellulose Diacetate

Introduction: Spinning grade cellulose acetate refers to cellulose acetate with a bound acid content of 54.8-55.6%. Its main uses are as screening materials, especially cigarette filters, and as medical screening materials, such as blood screening materials. It can also be used in spinning, producing a silk-like sheen for use in the lining of high-end suits.

Acetek Material Co., Ltd. offers two models of spinning grade cellulose acetate: PR2B and DT. All wood pulp used is imported, and the viscosity of the acetate flakes can be customized according to customer requirements; the viscosity of a 6% acetone solution can reach up to 140 mPa·s.
